Rejuvenating Tea with tulsi and peppermint that gives the body vitality and invigoration.

Tulsi, also known as holy basil, has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to regulate blood sugar, help the body adapt to stress, and to reduce inflammation. It is a tonic, invigorating herb great for vitality.*

Peppermint is high in phosphorus, calcium and vitamins like C, D, E and A which improve the body's immune system. It also offers protection to body systems, which helps stave off chronic illness.*

The herbs are grown at Soul Fire Farm following Certified Naturally Grown standards and Afro-Indigenous heritage practices.

Instructions for use: Combine 1-2 teaspoon of loose herbal tea with 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain the herbs and enjoy. 

Each bag contains 1 cup of herbs weighing approximately 1.5 ounces. This will yield 20+ servings per container.
