Smoked Garlic Scape Herbed Salt

Delicious pink Himalayan sea salt made with Soul Fire Farm oregano and smoked garlic scapes. Great for seasoning steaks, fish, soups, stews, or as a finishing salt to add additional flavor to grilled corn on the cob or popcorn.

The herbs are grown at Soul Fire Farm following Certified Naturally Grown standards and Afro-Indigenous heritage practices.

Instructions for use: Shake or mix well and sprinkle on savory dishes to taste. 

Each bag contains 1 cup of herbal salt weighing approximately 10 ounces. By volume, the mix is about ⅔ herbs and ⅓ sea salt.
