Soothe'n'Sunbathe Bath Soak

The Soothe'n'Sunbathe bath soak was made by Fire Team at our FIRE 3 Immersion of 2025. This bath soak was made with muscle soothing, magnesium rich epsom salts, that will increase your body's ability to absorb and circulate Vitamin D during the wintertime. Skin soothing Calendula will nourish dry winter skin while Lemon Balm and Catnip support the nervous system.

The herbs in this tea are grown at Soul Fire Farm following Certified Naturally Grown standards and Afro-Indigenous heritage practices, ensuring they are cultivated with care and respect for the land. Each bag contains 1 cup of herbs, weighing approximately 1.5 ounces, which yields 20+ servings per container.

Instructions for Use:

Combine 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbal tea with 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes, strain the herbs, and enjoy.
