This tea blend made with a blend of ashwaghanda leaf, tulsi, lemon balm, and elderflower. These herbs help to relax the body and mind, and aid in revitalizing the body.

The herbs are grown at Soul Fire Farm following Certified Naturally Grown standards and Afro-Indigenous heritage practices.

Instructions for use: Combine 1-2 teaspoon of loose herbal tea with 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain the herbs and enjoy. 

Each bag contains 2 cup of herbs weighing approximately 4 ounces. This will yield 40+ servings per container.
